Welcome to Saint Peter’s Meavy, a church in the West Dartmoor Benefice of the Diocese of Exeter

The ancient Parish of Meavy is situated in the South Western corner of Devon, within  Dartmoor National Park. The village with its church, inn,famous oak tree, village green and school lies in a sheltered valley through which runs the River Meavy on its journey from Dartmoor to the sea.
