‘Ride and Stride’ walking tour on Devon Historic Churches Day – Saturday, 8^th September.  It will take little-known and little-used paths from Buckland to Tavistock via Horrabridge and Whitchurch.  The outline itinerary is:

11.00 Leave Buckland 

11.45 Arrive Horrabridge

12.45 Arrive Whitchurch (lunch)

1.30 Depart Whitchurch

2.30 Arrive RC Church, Tavistock, then St Eustachius, Abbey Chapel, URC and Methodist Churches (all subject to confirmation).  

Finish by 3.40 pm and return home under own steam.  As before, the walk will be for all-comers and it is being planned so that people can join and leave it as they wish. Contact Andrew Young on 855216 for further details.
